This book made me feel empathy for Noelle Simpson, who lost her husband Trevor way too soon. They had been married for five years and there were no children. I was surprised by the age gap between them.
I found this book to be quite interesting as Noelle left everything behind to move to the west coast and start over as part owner in her husband’s company. I liked that Noelle was portrayed as a strong, smart, female character who could contribute to the business and not just be a pretty face. I found it interesting how her husband had asked his partner Linc to look out for Noelle after he died and I was surprised at what Trevor had asked and suggested to his wife before he died.

They are both strong and caring individuals dealing with grief and attraction. I love that I can really feel their emotions. This is a wonderful sweet and clean romance.
